The food pyramide and nutrients and portions we should have
This pyramide tell us how much of each group of food we must to eat. Below, it's pasta, rice, bread and cereal group. We should eat it about seven and eight pieces. On this group, we see the group of vegetables and fruit; we must eat five servings everyday. Then, it's milk, yogurt and cheese group, we must eat two or three servings. Like the previous group, we see fish, dry beans, meat, eggs and nuts group, that we should eat two or three portions too. Finally, it's fats, oils and sweets group; we musn't eat it too much.
The food you should avoid
A healthy diet is important because it helps you concentrate and gives you energy. We must eat more or less 2000 calories. Calories gives you all the nutrients, such as protein, vitamins, minerals, fibre and carbohydrates. An empty calorie is a type of calorie that it has fat and sugar but hasn't got any proteins.
